Anda & Associates’ is led by the dynamic Eastern Cape born professional whose passion is to make a meaningful impact in awakening the potential and supporting businesses of all size. She has founded/co-founded a number of enterprises and worked for significant industry players and brings forth rich business expertise and experience.

Viwe Maliti holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management from the University of Johannesburg. She also possesses a Project Management Certificate and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nelson Mandela University (2013). Viwe has also completed an International Intercultural Management Programme at the University of Ofstalia in Germany.

Viwe lectured Strategic Management and Applied Business Analysis at the Nelson Man dela University Business School to post graduate students.

She wrote and published a paper entitled “South Africa’s Inclusion into BRICS” which was also presented at an international economic conference hosted in Athens, Greece in 2015. She has also successfully completed research on the Nature of Cancellations of Public Sector tenders and Its Impact on the Built Industry.

Viwe leads a team of professionally trained possesses a multitude of skills and talents in business practices. Her experience in management in both public and private sector enables her to manage the company’s business strategy, finances and risk profile in order to ensure sustainable business success.
